Pupil Passport Review Evening

Pupil Passport Review Evening

On Wednesday, 21st January 2026, we will host our SEND Pupil Passport evening at the academy. This is an opportunity for you to visit the academy and meet the SEND support team to review your child’s Pupil Passport. It also provides a chance for you to contribute your input on targets and strategies for the upcoming academic year.

The Pupil Passport is shared with staff at the academy to guide their practice and help them identify the best approaches when working with our SEND students. As parents and carers, your input is highly valued, as you possess vital knowledge and experience that can shape what is included in the passport.

The passport is a working document, meant to be a partnership between home and school. There may be tasks that parents/carers can observe and assess at home. Your collaboration and support are essential for successful outcomes.

The evening will start at 2:30 pm and finish at 5:30 pm. If you cannot attend on this date, please contact us at the academy, and we will do our best to organise an alternative time for you.

To book an appointment slot for the evening, please use the online booking system via the link below, or visit the academy’s main webpage and navigate to:

From here, you will be able to choose an appropriate time to attend with the relevant support staff member for your child.
